HyPERiON Summer School 2025

At the end of September 2025 / beginning of October 2025, we organised our third HyPERiON Summer School, located at Papierzentrum Gernsbach. The event was divided into three sessions. The first session (28.09.25) was held by Venera Weinhardt who gave an interesting talk as a key note. "Spying Cells" dealt with soft X-ray imaging techniques to give insides of cells. The second session (29.09.-30.09.2025) was dedicated to our doctoral students, providing them with lectures about smart soft skills. Daniel Friedrich (Impuls Plus, Qualitätsnetzwerk Kompetenzentwicklung in Wissenschaft) gave a workshop about Management in Science. The event was accompanied by a scientific poster session. The posters were presented by the doctoral researchers for each project of HyPERiON. The third part of the event (01.10.-02.10.2023) was the annual meeting of the full assembly of the HyPERiON consortium. A total of 48 participants attended the meeting. We were especially happy to talk about the future of our CRC. We thank you very much for the fruitful inputs and  the stimulating discussions!

Additionally, our doctoral researchers elected a new student committee, which will take over the responsibilities of the outgoing team for the next year.
