Project Z: Central administration

Objectives

Project Z will support the CRC by managing the overarching organizational and management tasks in close coordination with the project spokesperson, data manager, equal opportunities manager, and the IRTG. This will include communication at various levels (networking among the CRC team, contact with University administration, public outreach, contact with the DFG), organization of team events (advisory, governance, and internal meetings, networking activities, workshops, summer schools, training offerings, conferences). A major task is the quality management and monitoring of the foreseen timelines and deliverables. In project Z also the financial management and central con-trolling of the CRC will be handled. Further the non-scientific affairs will be managed (e.g. data man-agement, conflict resolution, family-friendly considerations).
